We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of shipment except for products with different policies or requirements as stated here or in the product description.
Due to high levels of international fraud, we do not accept returns from any order shipped outside of the USA.
Returns for orders valued at $100 or more need to be insured for the value of the merchandise and shipped with a signature shipping service. A trackable shipping service has to be used for items over $35. For items below $35, USPS delivery confirmation service is recommended. If the buyer refuses the shipment, doesn't use a trackable method, or if the package doesn't arrive, the return might not be covered under our guarantee.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have customization options unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
